Instructions for submitting questions and/or concerns to the Advocacy Forum:

Welcome to the SNM Southeastern Chapter’s Advocacy Forum. This arena is designed to serve a two-fold purpose:

  1. Facilitate a method for our members to relate their issues that impede the day-to-day operation of the molecular imaging department and/or quality of care to the appropriate person(s) to address directly in a timely fashion.
  2. Accumulate and transmit all advocacy issues, including Scope of Practice, within our chapter to the national database at the SNM so that impending problems can be addressed with a national voice, as needed.

Instructions:
Please use the form to relate your question, problem, situation, or concern in a fact based narrative.  We respect your opinion and understand that infringements on our livelihood stirs up emotions, but limiting your description to just facts will be best.

Please be sure to include the following:

  1. The state where the question, problem, situation, or concern occurred
  2. If your situation arose from an inspection:
    a. Include the date (at least the month and year)
    b. Name of the agency involved.
  3. You need not include your own or the institution name if you wish to remain anonymous.

Your narrative will be forwarded to the forum editor for review who will then post it to the forum along with a response. Please note that your narrative will become public and may be sent to additional persons for evaluation or resolution.

Thank you for your input and continuing support of your professional society. We welcome suggestions for ways to improve this forum.
